The lavender is tended to by magical bees who may grace us with their presence as we practice. There will be options to set up within the rows of lavender, as well as under some beautiful trees away from the bees if your heart desires. We will be inviting them into the practice with gratitude, if we stay calm & loving they will flow with us.
All of the incredible products made by the farm will be available for purchase after class. The essential oil from this field is unlike any other I have found! A staple gift for my dear ones, too good not to share!

Our virtual classes are fantastic opportunities to find peace in the comfort of your own home.
Thursday mornings, based on demand, Kate invites you to join a community of curious and devoted meditation practitioners to drop into presence. When offered, Meditation is from 7:45-8:30am with space afterward for anyone who wants to stay for journaling, sharing and connection. All levels are welcome - first time and experienced meditators alike!
